The One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) initiative is planning the implementation of Phase II, with a focus on the possible participation of Private Universities and Private Deemed to be Universities. A consultative meeting with stakeholders is proposed in the last week of September 2026 in in-person/hybrid mode to gather inputs and discuss the way forward. Institutions interested in participating are requested to register on the ONOS portal and nominate the Head of the Institution or an appropriate nominee familiar with the institution’s research ecosystem before September 18, 2026. .
